Most small offices end up either generic or overdesigned. We aim for something better: a workplace that runs efficiently every day, feels warm enough that people want to be there, and says something true about the company.
what’s included
- Space planning: workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception, pantry and storage, with clear circulation.
- Brand in the architecture: feature walls, display and materials that express the company without signage overload.
- Acoustic and visual privacy: glass partitions that keep light moving without leaking sound.
- Lighting aligned to workstations and architecture.
- Budget planning: where to spend, where to save, and how to keep to a fixed figure.
- Drawings, vendor coordination and site supervision to handover, on a schedule.
proof: into the bend
Into the Bend is a 1,200 sq. ft. office in Chembur, designed and executed in five months on a tight budget. Cost-effective tiles and oak laminate cover most of the floor and joinery. Marble is used only at reception, in the conference room and in the powder room, where visitors notice it. The sculpted lime-green feature wall doubles as a display for the company’s awards. Arched black metal frames enclose the cabins without blocking the light. More on the method in designing an office in five months on a budget.
