Our studio is at 5 Laburnum Road, Gamdevi, Mumbai 400007. Most of our work is in Mumbai. Many of our clients also have, or are building, a second home a short trip away, or a family home in another city. We take those on too, as long as we can be on site whenever the project needs us.
A simple rule of thumb: if it’s within about 5–8 hours by road, a short flight with frequent connections, or around 4 hours by train, we can do it well.

South Mumbai. Gamdevi, Malabar Hill, Walkeshwar, Peddar Road, Breach Candy, Cumballa Hill, Grant Road, Girgaon, Marine Drive, Colaba, Fort, Worli and Prabhadevi. This is home ground. Our own studio sits among these streets, and projects like Plum House (Breach Candy) and The Seed (Gamdevi) are here. Many homes are in older buildings, where careful renovation and heritage-sensitive design matter most.
Western suburbs. Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Juhu, Vile Parle and Andheri, including The Nest in Juhu.
Central and eastern suburbs. Powai, Chembur, Ghatkopar and Mulund, including home in•between in Powai and the Into the Bend office in Chembur.
Navi Mumbai and Thane.

Alibaug. A ferry or a short drive away, and the classic Mumbai weekend home. Coastal climate, salt air, heavy monsoon. Read building a holiday home in Alibaug.
Karjat, Lonavala and Khandala. Hill and valley sites with views, rock, rain and mist. Monsoon design, drainage and low-maintenance detailing come first.
Dahanu, Bordi and Nashik. Farmhouses and orchard homes.

Pune. Three to four hours by road, and well connected by rail. Family homes, apartments and offices.

Gujarat. Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat are a short flight or a fast train away. Kutch is a context our founders know closely through the House of Galleries project (before in•elements) and the Kutch craft woven into The Seed.
